For each Standard MetaTrader 5 (MT5) White Label Client, PrimeXM will apply to MetaQuotes for the standard MetaTrader 5 White Label Pack which consists of MT5 Client Terminal, Mobile Terminal, and Web Terminal components on behalf of the Client. PrimeXM will allocate dedicated MT5 resources on PrimeXM’s MT5 Server based on the Client’s requests. The resources are the following:
a. MT5 Symbols;
c. MT5 Groups; and
d. MT5 Accounts.
In addition, PrimeXM will provide to the Client an XCore instance with the following setup:
(a) one or more of type MT4 and/or MT5 Taker and/or FIX Taker and/or other Trading API;
(b) one or more Maker Connections; and
(c) PrimeXM Portal access to the XCore Software.
The monthly XCore fees will be charged separately according to the XCore Pricing.

A. PrimeXM Monthly Fees
1. Resource Fees
Each month’s Resource Fees are determined by the usage of MT5 resources. There is a minimum monthly charge of 2,000.00 USD which includes usage up to:
100 Symbols, 40 Groups and 1000 Accounts

2. Volume Fees
Volume Fees apply only to trades processed by the Service and are charged at 0.50 USD per million USD traded.

The Client must pay upfront two (2) MetaQuotes Monthly Fees for each MT5 White Label Pack requested.
The technical support fees of all MT5 White Label components may be increased at MetaQuotes’ own discretion and such increase(s) shall, by analogy, be duly implemented by PrimeXM.
